Fast food fast food from our production

In this article, we will inform you about the dispensing lines used for fast food dispensing. The dispensing lines manufactured by us are adapted to the client’s idea. Everything from A to Z is solved here. It starts with the preparation of the building, namely the floor plan and ergonomic design, with absolute adaptation in the space. We prepare for the client and the designer all the media – gas, water, electrical according to the floor plan also with consultation and clarification directly on the client’s premises.

A design solution is then developed to match the original interior design, or a completely new interior design is created. Each line is specific, tailor-made, filled with different technology to meet all the client’s requirements.

The basic structure, working and storage surfaces are made of stainless steel material. Then there are various possibilities of material combinations such as wood, plastic, glass, stone and whatever is available on the market. This is what the lines look like in a work in progress on the production floor, where they are assembled piece by piece according to the drawings designed by the designers.

The final stage is the completion of the dispensing line with technology and selected additional materials. After the final assembly and assembly of the dispensing line, everything is disassembled and assembled for shipment to the client.

An integral part of the kitchen for food preparation ..

The kitchen is equipped as standard: cookers, fridges, kettles, shockers, chairs, food preparation tables, tables with sinks, tables with drawers or shelves, extractor hoods – the basis for the comfortable preparation of a great meal.

At the beginning of the dispensing we have a warming and cooling dispensing trolley in which there are usually salads (cooling trolley) and meat or sauces (warm trolley), of course everything depends on the offer and the client’s idea.

After the dispensing trolleys, the dispensing line continues, manned by staff, they are heated and cooled. Soups, meats, side dishes, pastas, salads and many, many other types of food both hot and chilled. Enough gastro dishes to be sure to have something to choose from. The layout depends on the client’s offer is variable as well as the size of the gastro dishes depending on the client’s offer.

And then follows the customer’s view of the finished work… Now it’s our client’s turn to offer delicious food and the client makes the food more enjoyable with a nice restaurant environment, which is an integral part of any good restaurant.
