Today’s article and photos are about a bar with a modern and welcoming interior, which forms the basis for a pleasant time spent with coffee, tea or other drinks. The bar was made in cooperation with our subsidiary Gastromarket Tatry s.r.o.

We have shown the realization of bars in our production in the article “Bar technology produced by us”, so now I will give you a look at the realization process again.

An email will come in for a bar enquiry, we will process a quotation which we will send to the customer for approval. The customer accepts the price, approves and the quote becomes an order which is sent to the design department where the designers start working on the drawings. Once the drawing is created, the drawing is sent to the customer for approval. If there are requirements for changes or improvements, the drawing is modified and after re-approval, it is sent to the programmer who redraws it into the CNC machine program and production begins.

Cut out, bend, fold, weld, sand, glue, sand and the work is finished:

The construction work had not yet been completed on the site, so the fitters had a bit of a hard time, but because they are skilled and the people on site were helpful and friendly, everything was managed.

So: unload from the car, take out, put in the right places, mount, rewire, peel, clean and the work can be handed over.
